Sales & Shipping Policy

All sales are final unless otherwise stated.

Heavenly Pact LLC is not responsible for import taxes, duties, customs fees, VAT, postage due, or any other shipping-related charges.

Address Accuracy: Refunds will not be issued for incorrectly entered addresses. Please double-check your shipping details before completing your order. If the address is incorrect at the time of shipping, it is the buyer's responsibility to correct it with the postal service.

Lost or Stolen Packages: Heavenly Pact LLC is not liable for lost or stolen packages. If your parcel has not arrived, it is the buyer’s responsibility to contact the appropriate postal facility. All shipments include full tracking information.

Returned Packages: Any returned parcels are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Decal Sales: All decal purchases are final. Professional installation is recommended, and we do not offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect or failed installation.

Order Cancellations: Heavenly Pact LLC reserves the right to cancel or refund any order at any time before fulfillment, at our sole discretion.
