How can I ask a question about my order?

Are all sales final?
Yes. Please verify your shipping details and order quantities before completing your purchase.
The sticker I want is sold out. Will it be restocked?
If there is enough demand, yes! Restocks generally occur once a month.
When do you release new designs?
New releases and restocks take place on Fridays at 8 PM EST, unless otherwise stated. Follow @heavenlypact.us on Instagram for updates.
How long does order processing take?
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days, unless otherwise noted.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from North Carolina, USA.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! However, please note that buyers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees imposed on international orders.
Do sticker orders come with tracking?
Currently, stickers are sent via USPS using stamps and do not include tracking. However, orders over $25 are automatically shipped via USPS First Class and will include tracking.
